1. Insufficient Pressure

2. Overheating
Hydraulic presses require regular maintenance and care to stay running optimally and avoid mechanical issues in the future. By taking these simple steps, you can extend their life expectancy and prevent common machine issues, saving you from having to replace them at higher costs in the future.

Hydraulic fluid must stay below 180 degrees Fahrenheit; if the system exceeds this temperature, seal compounds will degrade, leading to leaks and decreased press performance.
