How do hydraulic press manufacturers install and debug hydraulic presses?

When the hydraulic press is put into use, the hydraulic press manufacturer needs to install the corresponding mold and carry out mold debugging work. A CNC hydraulic press will blend and evenly apply repair material to the scratched surface. The first layer should be thin, even, and fully cover the scratched surface to ensure the best adhesion between the material and the metal surface. Then, the material should be repeatedly pressed until it fills and reaches the required thickness, which should be slightly higher than the outer surface of the cylinder wall.
For a 200-ton hydraulic press, if there are no spare parts available for replacement, the time to produce new parts or to send them back to the factory for repair cannot be controlled. A long-term shutdown causes serious economic losses to the enterprise, and also incurs high processing or repair costs. A fast hydraulic press can be simplified into a planar frame according to its symmetrical plane. Its force diagram can be regarded as a combination of planar crank and straight rod, as shown in the figure.
When installing and debugging molds, hydraulic press manufacturers should pay special attention to the adjustment of slide stroke, mold thickness, hydraulic press itself, angle, and gap. In the process of adjusting the stroke module, set the switch when the module reaches the highest point and leave a position for the slider. At the same time, slow down the module when it is descending to better protect the machine and the mold. Before installing the hydraulic press, the manufacturer should first adjust the performance of the machine carefully and patiently, check if there is any dust or used iron filings in the hydraulic press, and clean them if necessary to reduce future troubles.
As for the angle adjustment, it has a certain relationship with the product. Generally, if the folding mold is at 90 degrees, the angle in the middle must be greater than the angles on both sides. The tightness can be adjusted according to the screws, and the pressure can be adjusted by the pressure gauge during bending to avoid the collapse of the mold edge. The gap adjustment mainly measures the distance between the modules, and the specific gap is determined according to the setting of the sheet metal stamping. The above is the introduction of the work of installing and debugging molds that printing press manufacturers need to do.
