液压机浮动侧板补偿装置的工作原理与浮动套筒式的工作原理基本相同,并且油也通过泵的出口压力引入浮动侧板1的后部。 它与齿轮3的端面紧密接触以补偿间隙。 启动时,浮动侧板由密封圈预加载。
端面间隙补偿装置表示1个浮动套筒(侧板) ; 2个泵体; 3个齿轮; 4个弹簧3个柔性侧板式图3-8(C)是一个柔性侧板间隙补偿装置,即在泵出口压力油引入侧板后,对侧板本身的变形补偿,端面间隙,侧板厚度薄,内侧表面应耐磨(如用0.5.7 mm 磷青铜烧结) ,采取一些措施后,侧板外侧的压力分布一般适合于齿轮侧面的压力分布。
上述措施可以减少泄漏,有效提高齿轮泵的工作压力。
