Each video starts off with a black-and-white shot of the hydraulic press set to Ethan Meixsell's Thor's Hammer song, before Vuohensilta or Anni describe its impending destruction with their distinctive Finnish accents. Past uploads have included golf balls, rubber ducks, Lego toys, bearing balls and bowling pins being subjected to this crushing force.

Vuohensilta conducted an effective internet test regarding one of Finland's best-known products: the Nokia 3310 mobile phone. Many believe its indestructibility has become part of urban legend; Vuohensilta found otherwise. The experiment proved positive.

Hydraulic Press Channel videos are shot in a factory owned by Vuohensilta's company, Konepaja Vuohensilta. The shop contains heavy machinery like an 114,000-pound hydraulic press capable of crushing various objects such as golf balls, paper, LEGO toys and even Nokia 3310 phones.
