This machine features a high-strength hydraulic system to deliver enough compression force for safe and stable briquetting process, with visual operation for convenient user control and wear-resistant material in its cylinder that increases durability.
The feed hopper features a screw conveyor which transports metered amounts of raw material directly to the press cylinder, where they are compressed using screw and extension die, creating highly compact briquettes with power consumption estimated between 15-40kWh/ton.
