Hydraulic presses are powerful machines used to compress materials together using hydraulic force, making them useful in many different industries.
This invention relates to a gib-slide clearance adjustment system for mechanical presses. This is accomplished by injecting pressurized fluid through fluid line 76 into fluid chamber 74; this hydraulic fluid may consist of one liquid component or multiple liquid components and may even include solid materials like an alloy.
Metalworking
