The Yintong YT-ZK series vacuum hot press is mainly suitable for pressing new materials by vacuum extraction.it is a kinds of hydraulic hot press machine that working in the vacuum situation. Since its release, this product has mainly been used for pressing new materials such as carbon fiber phone cases, glass fiber flat panel shells, and graphene materials.

Workflow of the Yintong Vacuum Hot Press:

1. The product is placed in the mold of the vacuum hot press.
2. Set the required supplementary pressure time, holding pressure, exhaust times, and other parameters according to the product's process requirements.
3. The machine rapidly ascends and slowly enters the vacuum chamber.
4. After the mold enters the vacuum chamber, the vacuum pump extracts the air from the mold.
5. The machine heats the mold through high-temperature conductive oil in the oil temperature machine, causing the product to deform.
6. The product completes a series of actions such as holding pressure, supplementary pressure, and exhaust in the vacuum chamber.
7. After the product completes the series of actions, the vacuum pump breaks the vacuum.
8. After the vacuum chamber breaks the vacuum, the vacuum hot press quickly returns to its starting position, and the process is complete.
