Features of 500 Ton Four Column Hydraulic Press

The frame and movable table of the 200 ton four column hydraulic press are guided with high precision, it is different from c frame hydraulic press which is a c frame structure , it is good rigidity and strong resistance to lateral force, especially suitable for pressing asymmetrical products.

   The cylinder is forged as a whole and precision ground, with high reliability for use in high pressure condition.

 

The Tonnage of 500 ton four column hydraulic press is more bigger than 100 ton hydraulic press which is 100 ton.

 

The four columns of the hydraulic press are made of high-strength alloy steel with hard chromium plating on the surface for good wear resistance.

The movable table moves from top to bottom, which is favorable to improve the working efficiency and operation safety.
