Manure composting requires the separation of manure into two distinct fractions - liquid and solid. This can be accomplished using mechanical separators such as screen separators, centrifuges, hydrocyclones and presses (screw or belt type).

The separation process can also be enhanced through chemical treatments such as polymers and metal salts that help coagulate and flocculate solids in liquid manure.

Hydraulic Compost Turner

The hydraulic press is an indispensable tool in manure composting. It helps regulate moisture content of raw materials, accelerate decomposition and produce high-quality fertilizer.

This machine can be utilized for treating livestock manure, agricultural residues, rotten vegetables and fruit peel, waste sludge and industrial organic waste. Furthermore, it produces a substantial quantity of high-quality compost.

It boasts powerful turning, large capacity, excellent fermentation and reliable working performance. As such, it has become a go-to organic fertilizer fermenting machine for small, mid and large production plants alike.

The compost turner consists of an engine assembly, running system, hydraulic system, auxiliary devices and framework. It runs on diesel oil as its fuel source.

Composting Machine

Composting Machines are machines that break down waste materials into simple organic matter. This process helps reduce methane production - a greenhouse gas - and benefits soil health as well.

The machine can be utilized for composting a range of wastes, such as manure and bedding. It has applications in agriculture, horticulture and home gardening.

Composting is a natural process in which microorganisms break down wastes into simpler organics that are rich in essential nutrients for plants. The finished product, commonly referred to as compost, can then be added to garden soil for additional fertilizers and water retention.

Compost piles require adequate oxygen, air flow and temperature to function optimally. To incorporate air into the compost and homogenize it, the pile should be turned frequently.

Bio-organic Fermentation Equipment

Bio-organic Fermentation Equipment is an automated fermentation machine that turns manure into organic fertilizer through aerobic fermentation. Its sensors detect temperature and oxygen content of the manure, creating an ideal environment for microorganism activity.

Fermented chicken manure, cow dung, pig waste, mushroom waste and crop straws can be used for fertilization in industrial and agriculture fermentation factories to produce high-quality fertilizer.

Comparing to traditional fermentation methods, this one saves much time and space for animal manure composting. Furthermore, it helps lower moisture content and increase material porosity.

From the top, it can send organic materials into the tank according to C/N ratio, carbon to phosphorus ratio, carbon to potassium ratio and PH value. After they're mixed together with stirring vanes, it adjusts aeration, temperature control and agitation automatically. After fermentation is complete, materials are discharged from the bottom.

Hydraulic Compost Press

The Hydraulic press is a versatile machine used in manure composting. It can handle materials such as pig waste, chicken poo, cow dung, mushroom residues and straws with ease.

The press can quickly and effectively turn a large amount of waste into compost within 8-12 weeks, depending on the material. Its powerful transfer shaft loosens compost for optimal aerobic composting results.

This type of machine is ideal for larger companies and communes that need to compost from 2,000 to 10,000 tons annually. It can also be utilized to convert materials such as animal manure, civil sludge and filter mud.

Composting is an aerobic decomposition process that starts with organic wastes such as food scraps, yard debris and sanitary waste. It transforms these items into rich soil conditioner with moderate fertilizer value through regular oxygen introduction that stimulates aerobic microorganisms that feed on organic matter and transform it into a stable nutrient-rich soil amendment (Larney & Blackshaw, 2003).
