A hydraulic power unit should also include an air breather to adjust for fluid volume fluctuations as well as filter to maintain temperature control and cleanliness levels within that system.
Hydraulic shop press plans differ from mechanical presses in that they utilize standard bottle jacks as opposed to large levers, making this smaller machine much less space consuming in your workshop. Furthermore, its adjustable ram makes this an excellent tool for projects where force requirements change according to what's being crushed - this press can handle up to 50 tons of force!
